"Didn’t feel safe using this site"
I was trying to find Yankees tickets and came across yankeestickets.org, but right away the site gave me a weird feeling. It just didn’t seem as trustworthy as you’d want when you’re about to buy tickets online.
The prices and checkout page made me pause, and I couldn’t find enough clear info to feel confident that everything was legit. Maybe some people have used it without issues, but when you’re putting in your card details, you want to feel sure.
I ended up backing out and buying from a ticket site I already know. Personally, I wouldn’t risk it...

I had a rough time trying to get the mobile tickets sent over. Something about the process just felt clunky from the start, and my gut was telling me it wasn’t going to be smooth. In the end, I couldn’t get them transferred properly, which was frustrating...

Got all the way to checkout, but the payment page just didn’t sit right with me. Looked a little off, and didn’t feel comfortable typing in my card details there.
Maybe it’s fine for other people, but ended up backing out and buying somewhere else. Just wasn’t worth feeling stressed about it

"Phone support was a little hit or miss"
I had to call about my Yankees tickets, and getting someone on the phone was kind of tricky. It reminded me of when you try to call the doctor’s office during lunch, or customer service right after work, or even a restaurant during the dinner rush, just not the easiest timing. I did eventually get everything sorted out, so it wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, like losing the tickets, missing the game, or having to buy new ones. I just wish their phone hours were a bit longer, especially for stuff like ticket questions, schedule changes, or last-minute issues before a game

I tried using a promo code on Yankees Tickets, and it kept coming back as invalid, even though it looked like it should have worked. I spent way too much time picking seats, restarting checkout, and trying again, but nothing changed. There wasn’t really any clear help, either, so it got annoying. i gave up, and bought tickets somewhere else.

"Cancellation was handled okay"
I had to cancel my Yankees tickets, and it kinda took longer than I was hoping. Support did get back to me and eventually sorted everything out, but I had to follow up twice. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either...

I just went recently and needed help with accessible seating. They did get me sorted out, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I expected. Since it’s fresh in my mind, I’d say the help was okay overall, just not especially quick.

I bought tickets last minute thinking it would be a quick, easy thing. At first I was like, okay, no big deal, I’ve done this before. Then the tickets just never showed up in time. Cool. Great. Love missing the entire game while refreshing my email like a maniac. I wouldn’t use them again if timing actually matters.

Support took way too long to get back to me, which was frustrating. I will say they were polite once they finally replied, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, but the wait made the whole thing feel not really worth it

Buying tickets on yankeestickets.org was straightforward overall. I found the seats I wanted without much hassle, and the checkout process moved along quickly, so that part was fine.
I’m only giving it 3 stars because the extra fees didn’t really show up until late in the process, which was frustrating. The site worked, but I feel like they should offer some kind of credit or refund on those fees since it wasn’t made clear upfront

The game date got changed, and dealing with it through Yankees Tickets was a bit of a hassle. It took longer than I expected to get a straight answer, and I felt like I had to keep following up instead of being kept in the loop. I’m sure other customers would appreciate clearer communication when something like this happens. The tickets did end up working, but the whole process wasn’t great

I had a question about my Yankees tickets, so I emailed support and they did get back to me with the info I needed. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but I might be judging that too harshly. In the end, they were helpful and got it sorted.

I bought the tickets here i think I made a good call. We were a little higher up than I normally prefer, but the view was still really solid and we could follow the game just fine. For the price and what I was expecting, I’m not complaining
